Ber glanced back and nodded, turning on one of the lamps at the end of the bed, she didn't want it to be too bright. She came back after a minute with a still sobbing Sunny. Though as soon as she laid down and let the little girl see Jaze she calmed down. Sunny reached a hand down and put it on Jaze's cheek, gurgling softly. Ber smiled a little though carefully moved the baby so she couldn't reach her dad. She knew what Jaze was like when he was tired. So she laid on the bed, stroking the tiny girls back and trying to soothe her back to sleep.

Jaze had peeked his eyes open to watch Berlin bring Sunny in. He was rather surprised by Sunny's reaction to him, and it made him smile. Though it was gone when Berlin moved Sunny away. "No, it's okay..." He mumbled, scooting closer and sighing, putting his hand on the baby's cheek gently. He kissed the little girl's nose, making a big smacking sound at the end to emphasize it.

Berlin smiled at Jaze's actions, eye half closed as she watched him with their daughter. Sunny liked that and closed her eyes briefly, smiling a little - though being so little smiling was new. Ber grinned at that. "You made her smile." she murmured, watching as the baby lightly tapped her hand on Jazes jaw and gurgled. Berlin carefully slid down the bed, keeping Sunny on her chest, though the baby was far from sleeping, she leaned toward Jaze as best she could. Ber watched her intently, "If there is one thing in my life that I will never regret it's my decision to keep her." she commented softly.

Jaze yawned, covering his mouth with his hand. "I try to do what I can." He mumbled, watching Sunny. He made a face at her, pursing his lips. "Yeah... I'm glad you didn't too..." He said quietly, looking up at Berlin with a small smile. He sighed and leaned over, blowing a raspberry on the little girl's tummy. That probably won't help her sleep any though.

Berlin smiled back at him a little. Sunny wiggled around when he did that, slapping her little palms together. Though Ber rolled her eyes, "So you intend to get up at five am? Cause she so isn't going to sleep when she has daddy playing with her." she murmured and nudged him gently before lifting a pillow from under Jaze's head, setting it between them and then setting Sunny in the middle so she wouldn't roll over. Ber then turned on to her side, keep a hand at the babies legs, watching Jaze however.

Jaze sighed, letting his head drop down a pillow level. "Warn me next time." He mumbled, making a face at her. Though he did continue to play with Sunny's hands, sticking his tongue out at her. "There is logic behind this. Tire her out and then sleep for a couple of more hours." He said quietly, yawning as if to emphasize the point that he was indeed sleepy still.

Ber smirked when he said to warn him next time. "No." She teased and stuck her tongue out at him. Though she nodded and watched Sunny. She wiggled and waved her arms as Jaze played with her, though Sunny soon closed her eyes, her hands up and either side of her head on the pillow. Ber sighed softly. "Finally." she breathed and smiled, getting comfy carefully, keeping a hand by the baby to keep her safe, though she told Jaze she loved him before she let herself succumb back to sleep.

Jaze smiled when Sunny finally went back to sleep. He told Berlin that he loved her as well and put his arm across Sunny so that his hand rested on Berlin. Getting comfortable, he closed his eyes and was out again in no time. He stayed asleep for a few hours before his phone went off around 11. He mumbled and turned over, answering it but staying quiet. He sighed and said sure, whatever to the person on the other end. He hung up with a frown, staring at the ceiling. Great, that was his boss calling him in for work that night.
